I have a date with my friend from work's husband.

Maybe I should explain. Despite my insurance company's best efforts, I changed my doctor and made an appointment today. It'll be so great if he can make the insurance company pay for the vaccinations. There's a few more hundred bucks to put away.

Oh, m'god bad customer service infuriates me. I was trying to change my doctor on my insurance company's website (so my friend can get those vaccinations for cheap/free).
I fill out their form and get a form email back that I'm not yet covered by Cigna and therefore can't change my doctor.

The only probem is I've been with them for THREE YEARS.
I send off a nasty email calling them incompetent and stupid and whatever and what do they send back?
Another form email thanking me for replying.

And we let them get away with this.|
